A home away from home

" I was recommended Broad Oaks when I was looking for someone to look after our dogs as I did not want them to go into kennels. I contacted Robyn who was very helpful and extremely responsive to messages. We went to meet Robyn with the dogs and the dogs were happy and Robyn was super friendly. We have since had two day care visits to Robyn and both of the dogs stayed for long weekend whist we were away. Robyn kept us updated of there stay with pics & videos which was so lovely and the kids very much enjoyed seeing how the dogs were getting on. We will be definitely using Robyn again and the dogs are already booked in for our next summer holiday. Robyn is very kind, caring & loving to the dogs and they are literally spoilt rotten whist staying in Robyn’s beautiful home. Happy doggies = happy holidays. Highly recommend we will not be going anywhere else. "

" We’ve just collected our 6 month old puppy after a fantastic 16 day stay at Broad Oaks and we could not recommend it enough!

From the minute we met Bobbi when she first opened her business in September, she has been nothing but friendly and made us feel at ease straight away! Having such a young pup it was so hard to find somewhere that made us feel he would be as loved as he is at home, that was until we met Bobbi!

The time, care, and love she puts into every dog is second to none. Daily updates made our holiday so much easier to enjoy knowing Lincoln was okay. Before dropping off, Bobbi asked if there was anything we were working on in training so she could follow this whilst we were away, and you can see on collecting him just how much of an effect that has had. 

Lincoln had the best two weeks in Bobbi’s home, with beautiful walks and lots of friends to meet, in particular Bobbi’s own little man who he was beside himself with

Lincoln can’t wait to come and stay again in March and have plenty more sofa cuddles with Bobbi and his bestie.

" Reggie has just stayed with Robyn for 8 nights and I would highly recommend following his wonderful stay. 

As soon as I met Robyn I knew Reggie would be looked after in a home from home setting. Being anxious about leaving him she made me feel so relaxed and was willing to accommodate to support Reggie’s time at the retreat. Robyn really took time to understand his personality and behaviour when out walking. 

I received daily photos and updates which put me at ease knowing he was happy and well looked after. On collecting him I could tell he had loved his stay and seemed so happy, he had also had a lovely holiday, thank you! I have already booked him in for our next trip away ''

 " Bobbi looked after our little lady beautifully whilst we were away. It was great to get video and photo updates so that we could see that she was having a fab time which relieved any anxieties we had.

" I highly recommend Broad Oaks Dog Retreat for anyone looking for a ‘home from home’ experience for their dog. My Willow is a typical working cocker spaniel, with typical cocker traits when out and about on her walks. Robyn took the time to get to know Willow and understand her personality and individual needs. I am entirely confident and relaxed when leaving Willow in Robyn’s care. It’s a great feeling knowing Willow will have a happy week with Robyn at Broad Oaks whilst we are away on holiday! "

" We’ve just returned from another 8 day break and our 2 dogs had such a wonderful holiday with Broad Oaks. The wonderful walks and fun they had were regularly shared with us while we were away which is reassuring and comforting. 

You really do get what you pay for, I highly recommend Bobbi and feel that this setting with the level of care given to your precious dogs is unsurpassed. Until next time.

"  Bobbi has cared for Fergie our ‘energetic’ sprocker spaniel for overnight stays on 3 occasions now. She really does treat your dog like her own and they are given a home from home experience which is extremely important to us.
Like most people ….. I get really nervous when we leave our dog with somebody new for the first time - but there was no need, Bobbi will arrange a trial to ensure everything is OK and keeps in regular contact, everything is very professional and it’s clear from the start your dog is In caring hands ….. once Fergie realises he is going for a sleepover at Broad Oaks he gets so excited - that’s the best review you can get!!! "

"   Our Golden Retriever has regularly been spending the day with Robyn at Broad Oaks Dog Retreat, and he is always so excited in the car when he realises where he is going. During the day we get sent lovely pictures of what Fergus has been up too which has really helped to settle our minds knowing he is having a great time and it’s lovely to see the fun he is having. He always comes home clean and tidy which I appreciate so much on a white coat! After a day at Broad Oaks Dog Retreat, Fergus always comes home happy and sleeps well after a day of fun.
